As an experienced Information Technology professional with over 20 years in the field, I am excited to bring my expertise to your company. My passion for learning and problem-solving has led me to specialize in Information Systems, Architecture and Design, particularly in the areas of construction documentation, storage architecture, disaster recovery, and virtualization.
 

My journey in the field started with construction documentation, which laid the foundation for me to embark on a new path in Information Technology. Since then, I have worked in various areas of the industry, including engineering, development, support, project management, implementation, and documentation. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries and clients, including government agencies, and have gained experience with various vendors such as IBM, Hitachi, Dell/EMC, HP, Netapp, Nutanix, and PureStorage.
 

In my most recent role as a Senior Storage Solution Engineer with Sirius Computer Solutions, I was responsible for architecting storage solutions and managing projects from start to finish. My daily routine consisted of meeting with customers, generating cut lists, producing statements of work for services, scheduling resources, conducting quality assurance meetings, inventorying, installing, configuring, and conducting training to a quorum of customer specialists to review product utilization and best practices. My experience also includes providing troubleshooting and support services, as well as developing finalization documents that diagrammed and outlined key functionality of the solution.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to following business conduct guidelines, auditing practices, development plans, and business compliance for each industry that I worked with. Additionally, I have been recognized for my contribution as a resolution owner to manage potentially detrimental situations, my efforts to go above and beyond, and my contributions to the sales division of my company.
